Speakers Spotlight wants to share with you some tips on how to stay motivated. No matter how much we want to achieve something, without motivation it will be really hard to accomplish anything. We need real motivation that will move us forward. Without it, there is always a big chance to give up. In order to be sure that we will accomplish a certain goal, we need to make a good choice and create a good plan. This will allow us to see how capable we are and what we can do.
When we are motivated about something, then we are in a condition to do much more than we can ever imagine. It is always easy to that with the things we love and things that mean a lot to us, but what can we do about situations when we don’t feel motivated enough? The answer is learning how to recognize what motivates us, what are the things that stop us from realizing our goals and work on it. Step by step. Motivation can be defined as a condition that allows us to make persistent efforts to achieve the goal. It is a force that keeps us moving forward. It consists of a few different parts:
Effort – it includes different activities that are directed towards the achievement of a certain goal
Persistence – the degree to which we are willing to preserve during a performance of a particular activity
Directing – every activity without direction can often lead to a complete waste of our energy. So, it is important to give priority to the activities that will lead to an accomplishment.
Problems happen mostly when people do not want something enough to fight for it but at the same time they are somehow convinced that they want it. This is a very common problem that happens all the time. sometimes people do not want to admit that there are reasons that stop them from achieving their goal. On the other hand, there are people who can’t see the obstacles in front of them. Either way, in order to find the real reason for your lack of motivation you need to be brutally honest with yourself. Ask yourself the following questions:
